Complimentary delivery on all UK and EU orders. Worldwide delivery is £8.99.

Every order is tracked, carefully packed, and dispatched from London. Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days, and you'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by your local customs authority. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

Every Saint Galleria piece is made to be kept. If something isn't right, we make returns simple.

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To begin a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number — we'll confirm the return address and next steps within one working day.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it — including postage — in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
